The room was the worst part: the beds weren’t clean, cockroaches were crawling around, and there were lots of bed bugs. It made the stay really uncomfortable. They’d also clearly promised an extra bed when I booked, then denied it once I arrived. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Basic cleanliness and keeping a booking promise should be standard, and Hotel White Ridge fell short on both. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The staff barely paid attention and just ignored us. There weren’t any towels, soap, or drinking water, and the rooms were filthy, with stained sheets, bed bugs, and cockroaches everywhere. Don’t be swayed by good reviews. Only stay here if you’re after a cheap place with unhygienic rooms and awful service.
For 1000 bucks, this was nowhere near worth it. The geyser didn’t work, the AC wasn’t working properly, and there was no TV. The sheets were really dirty and they didn’t give us a proper blanket. The rooms were filthy, there was no privacy, and they kept bothering us regardless of when we checked in. All they seemed to care about was money. One of my worst stays.
The bed and sheet were dirtier than a public washroom, and they hadn’t cleaned the room either. The reception was rude, and the people there seemed greedy. I only visited once, but it was enough. Honestly, sleeping on the road would be better than paying to lie on an unclean sheet.
The rooms were really clean, and the staff were polite and gave very good reasons. The rooms were good too. It was your best experience.
