I booked through OYO for 800, but when we arrived to check in, they refused to give us a room at that price. They made me cancel the booking, then offered a room for 1500. It was ridiculous. They don't provide what the website says. Stop fooling people, this place doesn't deserve even one star.
The owner refused to let me in after I'd already paid for the booking, saying OYO had charged too little and I had to pay more in cash. The locality is bad, the owner was rude, and OYO managed the place poorly. Worse than worst.
This is just a room in a 3bhk, not a hotel, and it's in a very bad location. The room was so bad that I left within 30 minutes of checking in. The booking couldn't be refunded, so I lost the money. Don't trust the photos on booking websites.
I went with friends who had travelled from far away, but the owner said there were no rooms and denied us check-in. Horrible.
The staff behaved terribly and wouldn't accept online bookings. They make you pay double compared with the online price.
