The Platinum Hotel

We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were roomy and clean, and worked well for a family. The food was very nice, and the room rates were reasonable.

Manager Sunil was especially kind and helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. The staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay at Platinum Business Hotel. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I had a wonderful visit and would recommend it for business or leisure.

From one traveller to another, if you’re a solo woman or coming in from another city, don’t risk staying here. In the middle of my trip, they made me give up the room I’d paid for because an elite guest wanted it, then moved me to a subpar room and acted as if I had no choice. One morning, with no warning, I was told to check out because the hotel was full. Staff had forgotten my checkout date. I was left facing work in a new city, my luggage to manage, and the worry of having to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute. They don’t seem to care, since they get enough business from locals. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional hotel.

The staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfy. We stayed two nights with family recently. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was great.
