Treebo Trip Strawberrys Secunderabad

I stayed here on my own and felt safer and more comfortable than I have at other hotels in the same category. The staff have a real service minded attitude, and they were quick and efficient about meeting requests. Rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, and supplies are replenished daily. With two metro stations within walking distance, the central location is handy. The restaurant and food could use a lot of work. Great service and very good value for money.

The room was spacious but sparsely furnished, and the location was good. I liked the breakfast, though room service was poor. At 12:45 AM they refused to bring water. Some toilet fittings, including the flush button, weren't working and stayed unrepaired after I reported them. The hot water system also failed throughout my four-day stay. Some of the staff were good.

For the price, this is a good hotel. The property and bathroom were clean, and the staff were decent. They supplied soap, shampoo, moisturiser, tea bags, coffee, creamer sachets, and two half-litre Bisleri bottles. Breakfast was just okay, and the free internet was slow. There isn't a kitchen, so I ordered food through Swiggy.

It's very basic, with nothing fancy, but the value for money is hard to beat and there are lots of things nearby. My friend had cleanliness problems and needed to switch rooms. The staff were polite and did what they could to help.
