The rooms were kept in good shape, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was especially good. I really enjoyed my stay.

The restaurant really stood out, especially Captain Uday, who was professional, polite, and warm with us. He made sure we were comfortable and helped make dinner enjoyable. The rest of our stay at Trunk and Trolley Hotel was pleasant too, with attentive, courteous staff throughout. Great service, and I'd recommend it.

Dinner was made much easier thanks to Uday, the evening restaurant manager. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way for us. The restaurant food was very good, and while breakfast doesn't offer a huge selection, what we tried was tasty and satisfying. I've stayed at their Financial District property before, so I chose this hotel for my current trip as well. The brand met my expectations again and felt like good value. My only small complaint was that the bathroom seemed undersized next to the fairly spacious room.

I spent 12 days here and found the location handy for the main tourist attractions. The hotel also has amenities including a swimming pool and a children's play area. The staff were very polite, especially Satish, Uday, and Vijay. The chef impressed me with his cooking, and I found the stay very pleasant.
