I finally managed to check in at Prestige Castle Hotel, but the room was dirty, the bedsheets were stained and smelled, and there were cockroaches in the room and washroom. There was no soap, and it was already late at night, so I couldn't get any elsewhere. This was a pathetic experience with FabHotels, and I won't book a FabHotels room again. The whole booking process was a mess. I booked a different Fab hotel in Hyderabad through my Make My Trip ByBiz account and got a confirmation WhatsApp message from MMT with that hotel's details. When I called the hotel, they said they were sold out and Fab hotels had to help. Fab's customer support never connected me to an executive. Then FabHotels sent a WhatsApp saying the booking was at another hotel, but the details didn't match the MMT message, and they gave no property phone number, only a location. I went to the Google location and asked several people, but nobody knew of such a hotel. Later, a message from an unknown 10 digit number said my booking had been moved again, this time to Prestige Castle Hotel. That was the third hotel I'd been given details for, still with no contact number, and 5-6 km from the previous fake location.

My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, though in general the room was average and had just the essentials. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. Service was fine but nothing special. I had a wonderful stay at prestige castle innin hyderabad, and would highly recommend it to visitors looking for an inexpensive place to rest.

It's very close to the main road, so access is convenient. The street is full of men's and women's PGs, though, and arriving by car can be a bit of a challenge. Parking is available, but it's hard to get in and out unless you're an expert driver.

This isn't a real hotel, it turned out to be a PG with a reception phone number. I called several times and got no answer. Fab hotems seems like a scam: their cancellation policy lets them keep your money after you book.

I had to book in a hurry, and the photos looked great, but the stay was very bad. I spent three nights with the same bedsheet and blanket because nobody came to clean or change them. The water tasted awful, and there was no food service.
