The staff were attentive and easy to deal with, and the restaurant on the ground floor was convenient to reach. I had a Deluxe AC room with a separate living area, and there was plenty of space, though the curtains, sofa, and pillows looked dated. The bathroom was clean and roomy, but there was no hot water at 9 in the morning. Breakfast was served without a buffet and had little variety. There was no covered parking. Still, it was a nice place to stay.

It’s a quiet area with bus, taxi, and auto services available nearby. The property is in Puliyanmala on the Kumily-Munnar road, and it has a restaurant serving North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese food. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean, and the service was very good too. The atmosphere was calm and clean.

Room service was okay, but I wouldn’t order from the restaurant. The food quality and restaurant service were both really awful.

The receptionist made us feel very welcome, and the rooms were well looked after. They also have a two-bedroom apartment.

I ordered alfham mandi, but it was poor quality. The rice was overcooked and tasted like tomato rice. It wasn’t mandi rice at all, just masala rice.
