Miscommunication between rainforest and my space management seemed to cause much of our trouble. We didn't get all the indoor and outdoor games that had been listed when booking, and had to follow up repeatedly over food because it wasn't included. They charged high prices without a proper menu, and staff couldn't even agree on portion sizes. It felt like they were trying to rip us off. At checkout, the manager was rude on the phone, despite our having paid for the extra person. They then said that payment covered only one day and tried to charge more.

We found the resort on Google and booked a deluxe room for our families. There were several room options to choose from. At check-in, they served a welcome drink that refreshed us after the journey. The staff were humble and cooperative, and the food was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The adventure was a hit with my children, and our deluxe rooms were superbly maintained with excellent views. This is a unique property with something new to offer. The housekeeping team and staff were humble and polite. I'd definitely recommend the resort.

The food, hygiene, and environment were all pathetic. There was no AC or fan in the dining area, and they couldn't prepare proper food for a child aged three or under. My room itself was okay, but the stay was in their other building called “Myspace,” even though the place is presented under the name Rain Forest. Getting settled into our rooms took an hour. My friend had to shout at the staff because the booking information we'd been given was unclear or false. Overall, this was the worst experience of my travel history so far.
