The best thing about this place is its location, near the market and line auto stand. I’ve stayed three times, but the hospitality hasn’t changed, and I think I’ll avoid it next time. On my last visit the room service was terrible and I was given spoilt food. This time the counter service was bad. The person at the counter also lied about prices. I checked the website afterward and saw a cheaper rate. Are they really trying to cheat their own customers? This used to be my place, but I may change my mind. I’m not trying to put the hotel down, this is my honest review.

The staff were rude, and there was no hospitality, just stupidity. I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep with all the honking vehicles, and the TV, Wi-Fi, and whatever else in the room didn’t work. Save your money and thank me later.

The rooms are very good, and the staff behave very well. But the Wi-Fi wasn’t available on the first day, room service wasn’t very good, and the restaurant doesn’t operate, so you have to get food from outside.

It’s in a proper spot, directly opposite the main market, and the room was big and spacious. The room felt a little costly for the amenities provided. There’s no lift, so you have to take the stairs.

A decent option for a budget stay, though getting there by car can be difficult because traffic is so heavy. The hotel has no parking. You can try to park on a nearby road if you find a space, but it gets very busy during the day.
