Best Western Plus Indore

At Best Western Plus, Indore, the staff were polite, professional, and helpful, which made everything smooth. The breakfast had good quality and variety, too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel is in a prime area. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would recommend it for business or a family visit. Good value for money, and I'd definitely come back.

The food and drinks at the bar were the best part, and the hotel itself had a good atmosphere. Staff were polite. I stayed two nights, but the room felt pretty small compared with where I'd stayed before, WOW and Sayaji. It also had limited amenities and could use some maintenance. You can stay here, though I'd choose a larger room.

The restaurant was the bright spot. The food was good at dinner and the next day's breakfast buffet, there was plenty of variety, and the staff were courteous and polite, from our great state of mizoram. That accounts for the two extra stars in my rating. Otherwise, I'd have given it one, and I definitely won't stay here again. The rooms left us very dissatisfied. The bathroom lacked hygiene and upkeep, and had several hazards, as the photos show. There's no curtain or door around the shower, and that area sits only slightly below the rest of the floor, so water spills out and creates a safety risk. The bathroom itself is about a foot higher than the room, making the step down especially dangerous. I'd advise seniors to avoid these rooms and this hotel. MakeMyTrip and other listing sites call it a 3-star hotel, but I don't think it is. The authorities should review the rating so customers aren't misled. Please improve the room safety and cleanliness.

The rooms are spacious, the food is superb, and there's a basic gym. Staff are courteous and helpful. One of the best places to stay in Indore.
