The food was a highlight of the two-day convention I attended. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, more like fine dining than the hit-or-miss food you often get at events. Moving between sessions was easy too, since the layout never felt crowded. The venue’s modern, spacious, sophisticated interior gave the whole event a high-end feel, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. Brilliant experience from start to finish.

We recently attended one of our friend’s son’s wedding party here, and it was a really amazing place. Inside, the resort was well designed and everything seemed systematically managed. The services, arrangements, event and room setup, parking, and cleaning were all included. No doubt, a superb place. They also have valet parking.

The valet team was very bad. My iPhone Bluetooth set and its charger went missing from my car. When I raised it, the manager pointed to a sign saying, "don't keep your personal belongings in car". Still, I’m happy I got my car back!

The staff were incredibly rude. They refused to take my luggage upstairs and spoke to us in a really disrespectful way. I wouldn’t recommend hosting your wedding here.

Brilliant Convention Centre has many good halls, though finding your way around feels like a puzzle. The rooms and restaurant are good, and the rooftop restaurant and bar look nice.
