The owner was professional, but the staff were rude and unprofessional. I had booked a room and called ahead to confirm that I’d arrive 30 minutes early. When I got there, the room was extremely unhygienic and the bathroom was a mess. After I complained several times, they told me to make do because staff weren’t available. They were rude when I raised it, so I cancelled the booking.

Check-in was easy, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. It had a cozy feel, and I got a peaceful night’s sleep without spending much. Worked well for a short stay.

I want a full refund. We had paid online in full for two rooms at Hotel O Sacred Tree, and the manager had confirmed our booking. Just ten minutes before we arrived, he said he was moving us to a nearby hotel, claiming the rooms were small. When I insisted that we wanted the rooms we booked, he said they were sold out. Our rooms had been given to someone else, and he wouldn’t change his mind despite our argument. OYO’s booking desk didn’t help, and the service team didn’t answer when my call was transferred. We had no other option after paying in full, so we were forced to go to Hotel Abri Krishna. The replacement hotel was awful: it stank, there were cockroaches on the bed, and the bathroom was dirty. Only the shower worked, there were no buckets, and the basin had very low water pressure. It was unhygienic, and there was nobody there besides us. They didn’t seem to care when we complained. There were so many problems that I can’t pick just one. This felt like a fraud.

The real hotel looks nothing like the photos online. It’s the worst hotel I’ve seen. Don’t book it.

I had a terrible two-day stay. I booked an AC room through OYO, but the staff charged me an extra 200 for it, and the AC still didn’t work properly. The TV was there, but its remote didn’t work either. I also didn’t find it kid-friendly, since most of the guests I saw were unmarried couples spending time together.
