Collection O 12353 Jineshwari Hotel

The rooms weren’t cleaned regularly, the toilets had stains, and staff didn’t seem concerned when I complained. Bedsheets were torn and looked like they’d been reused for a long time. None of the rooms’ TVs worked, and the Wi-Fi was down too, even though those facilities were listed on the site. OYO is cheating people.

The biggest problem was the AC, which didn’t work. I asked the owner for another room without these issues, but he refused. The place looked terribly neglected, with uncleaned beds, a broken bathroom tap, a nonworking flush, and poop in the western commod. The bathroom tiles were covered in gutka and rajshree spits, and the walls were in awful condition. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, booked through yatra. I wouldn’t recommend booking Collection O Jineshwari Hotel. I filed a complaint, but yatra didn’t take action.

The room came with cockroaches, a mouse, and pigeon droppings. The AC didn’t work, the walls were damp, and the bedsheets were stained. This is the worst property.

Don’t book here. They wouldn’t provide a towel, saying the laundry person wouldn’t come for two days, and there was no soap either. There was no drinking water available on the property. They offered a loosely filled bottle they called RO water. I paid extra to get mineral water and soap from the market.
