This was my fourth booking here, but my request was ignored. I waited from 5:00 a.m. for confirmation and only got a response at 6:30 a.m., when they said I'd have to wait until 8:30 a.m. They wouldn't allow early check-in, even though I booked through MMT. The receptionist and owner Santhosh provided the worst service. I wouldn't recommend it for family stays or business trips.

Good location and spacious rooms, but they're old, and the towels are worn out. The bathrooms have been renovated, though the water is sometimes not clean. There are no extra amenities like WiFi or AC. A possible option for travellers on a tight budget.

I stayed about two weeks. They don't offer many extra facilities, but they clean the room and change the bedsheets and other things every day, so it's always clean. It's okayish, and could work if you need a budget room.

This is an old classic, still the same comfortable hotel it's been for around 30 years. But, if you know what I mean, I wouldn't choose it for my honeymoon.

I got no proper customer care or response, just aggressive behavior and arguments. They charged extra but wouldn't take payment by QR code and insisted I hand it over physically. I'm fed up 😌.
