I paid the full amount online when I booked, but the hotel demanded another 300 Rs before allowing me to check in. This felt like fraud by ola. The room on the ola app was advertised at a discounted Prize, but the hotel person wouldn't let me in without the full amount. I called oyo customer care and got no help. Avoid booking through this app, and don't expect support afterwards.

The pictures shown are fake, and the entrance is very poor and small, with a crowd of people around the bus stand area. I was disturbed continuously. The staff and Owner had a very bad attitude, and the property felt greedy. They demanded nearly double what I had already paid. Don't ever book this hotel.

I was made to pay Rs 816 extra to check in, despite having paid the full amount shown during booking. Staff and management behaved very badly. From what I saw, it seems to cater only to local unrelated couples, who pay the full amount for one or two hours. I strongly suggest not booking here. A very bad experience.

Kachra hotel kachra oyo. Oyo confirmed the booking without checking with the hotel staff, who were very rude and refused to give us a room. Sorting it out took 2.5 hrs on calls and ended with the booking being cancelled.

The food is really good, and the hotel and room are better overall. It's right on the road at teen imli square.
