The rooms felt like a place you'd find on a footpath, and water from the bathroom got into the room. When I raised problems, staff blamed the customers instead of helping. They were rude and seemed focused only on the business. I also came away with concerns about different kinds of improper business being done at the hotel, based on what I observed. The staff acted as if they weren't responsible for any of it. This was the worst hotel I've seen, and I wouldn't book it. People deserve respect, and customers should be valued.

I liked the atmosphere here, and it felt safe. The receptionist paid close attention and took care of all my concerns. The rooms weren't quite what I'd expected, though they were decent, and the staff were great. A very good hotel.

We'd booked two days but stayed only five hours. At 1:30 am, we had no other hotel option, even though our room was dirty and the mattress was far below par. We'd made an online booking, but they refused to check us in unless we paid another Rs. 800. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a bad decision, so I'd suggest finding somewhere else.

There isn't a zero rating, so I'm giving it one star. The rooms were dirty, the staff arrogant, and this place doesn't feel like a hotel at all. Manager Mr.Manoj Sharma said the property isn't designed for families. According to him, it's set up to make money by renting rooms by the hour.
