The Fern Residency Jamnagar, Series by Marriott

The staff made the stay comfortable and memorable, always being respectful, cooperative, and ready to help. The restaurant team, especially Ms. Pinky and Mr. Rajesh, were attentive, polite, and welcoming, which made meals pleasant. The property was clean throughout, and our room was very well kept. The food had plenty of variety and was tasty and hygienic. Housekeeping also did a great job: Mr. Robin, the supervisor, was professional and detail-oriented, while Ms. Divya was courteous, quick, and kept everything clean and in order. I was very pleased with Hotel Fern and would gladly stay again. I'd recommend it for the warm hospitality, good food, and cleanliness.

The location worked perfectly, and the stay felt like good value. Our room was roomy, tidy, and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, thanks to the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel felt peaceful and was kept really clean. Special thanks to Chotu Ahirwar, Rajashree, Sewali, and Diksha Oyi for their warm hospitality and excellent service. I'd happily recommend the place and would love to come back.

The staff were the best part of the stay. They were kind, respectful, and helpful, and that's what earned the stars. The hotel itself felt more like an ordinary three-star place than a typical Fern. It seems to be an older hotel renovated by Marriott, with smaller rooms than usual for Fern and bathrooms that were tiny, cramped, and awkward. We even spotted small cockroaches. The restaurant looked cheap and had very few choices. In my view, this doesn't qualify as a four-star hotel.

Everything felt fresh and hygienic, with clean rooms and neatly made beds. Housekeeping did a great job, and sewali, diksha oyi, and Chotu Ahirwar managed the team so professionally. The staff were hardworking, helpful, and polite. I really appreciated their effort and would recommend this place for a comfortable, clean stay.
