Collection O Hotel Kelvi

The room was dirty, and there was no power backup. During my one-night stay, the whole hotel went dark for an hour during a power cut. The location is poor, with no quality food nearby. This doesn’t feel like a professional hospitality company, more like a family business run part time. If you book online through Agoda or another site at a lower price, be careful: they may give you the worst, dirtiest room even when the hotel is empty, and leave out toiletries and room cleaning. The bedding was unclean too. The service was pathetic.

The staff are very rude and don’t even speak properly. They take OYO bookings, then refuse guests who have used any kind of coupon. They won’t cancel or refund the booking, even though OYO would give them the money that we had already paid. Their behavior is the worst.

The rooms and furniture are new, and hot water is always ready. There’s a lift to every floor, with separate Wi-Fi for each floor. Staff are good, and it’s on the main road with easy SUV parking. The location is a little remote compared with the Pure market area.

Don’t book through OYO, there’s no support. The service was very bad: they gave us just one towel for three people, didn’t provide proper toiletries, and the flush wasn’t working. There was no Wi-Fi access, so we had to use our own network to connect the TV.
