The room itself was quite decent and clean, but getting it was a hassle. We booked through MakeMyTrip and had a confirmed reservation, yet the staff refused to give us a room, saying they didn’t accept online bookings. Since we were new to the city and had nowhere else to go, we booked directly at the hotel for more than the price shown in the MMT app and cancelled our online MMT reservation. This is not a Fab Hotel. If they don’t accept online bookings, they should remove themselves from MakeMyTrip and other online platforms instead of misleading customers and causing this kind of trouble.

We enjoyed our family stay here. The location is very good and away from crowded areas, and the atmosphere was nice. Our room service was good, and the bed and room were especially clean.

The room was clean, and the lower-grade staff were good. The reception guy, though, was not good at all. I booked through MMT, and he seemed very bothered by that, saying I should have booked directly or chosen the more expensive tariff instead of a deluxe room. He even wanted extra money for a dental kit worth just 10-12 rs because I’d booked the lower tariff room at 1425/- per night. After some argument he gave it to me, but the experience was awful.

Everyone was very nice, and the hotel was clean. All the services were good, so I’d recommend it for families. They even went out of their way to provide breakfast at 3.30 in the morning for fast.
