Fabhotel Day2Day

The room and washroom weren’t very clean, which was disappointing. I’d booked for four people through makemytrip, two adults and two children, but was told on arrival that the room was set up for only two. With my family and luggage and an early flight, finding somewhere else wasn’t practical, so I had to pay an extra ₹500 for two mattresses on the floor. At least room service brought me tea around 6:15 a.m.

The washroom was so cramped and poorly equipped that you couldn’t even hang a towel. The seat jet leaked and didn’t work properly, while the shower sprayed everywhere except onto my body. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nothing about this place felt fabulous. The towels and chairs shown as examples of their supposed best quality say enough. The hotel and customer care staff don’t know how to handle customers or resolve problems. They kept me waiting, then cut off my call to avoid dealing with it. I strongly recommend avoiding Fab hotel day 2 day.

The room was a decent size, but don’t expect proper rest: the hotel sits at a busy junction with lots of traffic and noise. Cleanliness and hygiene were very poor, there was no kettle in the room, and the linen, bedsheets, and towels were below standard and probably hadn’t been replaced.
