The room itself was a bit dirty, with marks on the wall, and the bathroom light didn't work. Still, the place could be okay to visit. I'm giving one star because the staff's behavior was unacceptable. When we asked to agree on a reasonable late checkout price, one staff member told us to choose another hotel if our check-in and checkout times didn't suit us, and accused me of twisting the facts. It's not the staff's place to tell guests where to stay. The WhatsApp replies were one word at a time, which gave no clarity, and when I asked whether the full payment covered one or two days, they said one day. I thought that answer was vague, so I checked again the next day. I know I wouldn't have been charged if I'd left within another hour, but I couldn't just walk out of my exam, gather my things, move to a different hotel, and return to finish it. They might say that's not their business, but I was only asking for a reasonable charge after running late because of work. Who pays 48 hours' rent for a 19-hour stay? That wasn't even the main issue, since we were just asking whether they could offer a fair amount. We could have paid, but the staff were rude, and one of the two young men behaved badly even after we'd paid. They didn't provide a bill, even when I asked the next day, and the extra late checkout fee went to his personal UPI.

The whole experience left us exhausted, and management wasn't cooperative. The TV, AC, and heater didn't work, and the bedsheets weren't clean. After booking, we waited 20 minutes because they said they hadn't received confirmation, which ruined our plans to watch a movie from the opening scene. The next day, while we were out in Mysore, the receptionist called and asked us to check out by 6:30 to avoid an extra charge. I came back early and checked out at 3:40, but they still charged ₹500. They first asked for ₹600, then dropped it to ₹500 when I argued. The watchman also demanded 100 rupees, and nobody told us about the 12-hour charge. It was one of the worst experiences we've had.

We had a pleasant family stay, and the rooms were neat, clean, and had good parking. The host was polite and personally showed us to our room. Although the hotel was changed, they made sure we got to the new place without any trouble. There's an affordable small food court nearby. One room did have a strong smoke smell, though, so we had to leave the door open and stay outside for a couple of hours. Overall, it was a comfortable place for a family.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and came with fresh toiletries. Service was really good, and I'd strongly recommend it for a family group stay. For groups, they should leave extra coffee, milk, and sugar sachets. Installing an RO filter in the kitchen would help too, since they didn't provide water bottles in the room.
