The bathroom was damaged, the room was dirty, and neither the bedsheet nor the pillow cover was clean. I booked with breakfast, but the hotel didn’t provide any. The AC didn’t work, so I changed rooms three times, half dressed. The service was pathetic, the staff weren’t supportive, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very bad experience. The hotel and service were hopeless. It might only be good for **x. I strongly recommend not staying here.

We had a great time here with family. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was family friendly, with really nice, helpful staff. It’s a wonderful hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend fab hotel desire. I paid for a stay that included breakfast, but they didn’t provide it on any day, despite what had been promised. Very bad experience.
