We left Hotel Indraprasth within two hours of arriving because the conditions were so bad. We were uncomfortable and worried about the hygiene, and didn't feel we could stay the night. The rooms and common areas were poorly maintained and unsanitary. There was almost no staff to help us, the service was non-existent, and promised facilities were missing. I chose it for the convenient location, but that was a massive mistake. Even with that location, the price was a total waste for an uninhabitable environment. I'd rather lose the money than spend one night there. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.

For Hotel O Apple tree, I booked an AC room for my brother for 2200 for 3 nights, but the receptionist took advantage of the late hour and gave him a non-AC room for 2500. Stop exploiting travellers at night. Earlier, at Hotel o indraprastha in indore, I had paid the 25% booking amount, Rs 492, but the reception guy didn't answer calls all day. When my brother arrived for a late check-in, he said he hadn't received the payment and refused him a room at 11 pm. He said the hotel wasn't ready and there was no water in the toilets. Customer care couldn't reach him and refused a refund. At least have the generosity to return the booking amount.

The first time, things were okay. The staff were good, well behaved, and supportive, though the facilities weren't up to the mark. On my second visit, I was told there was no electricity, so I had to cancel the booking.

The bathrooms and WC were dirty, and the rooms weren't clean. There was no daily cleaning, and when I asked about the TV connection and water supply, nothing was done.

Nothing worked for us: there was no water, and we felt unsafe. The staff were rude and arrogant. It was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I wouldn't go back.
