Enrise by Sayaji Rau

I expected good service because it was Sayaji, but it was a terrible experience. Room service was very poor. Bowls and baby milk took two hours to arrive, and I had to follow up repeatedly about several things. I’m disappointed and won’t recommend or book here again.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and well put together, and room service was prompt and good even late at night. The rooms at Enrise by Sayaji, Bhopal were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, useful desk, and reliable Wi-Fi that helped me get work done. The meeting rooms were well equipped for a quick discussion or a formal session. Service was warm and polished, from easy check-in to the courteous staff throughout. Its location near key business hubs made getting around the city efficient. It’s not especially luxurious, but I found the hotel practical, clean, and dependable, with genuine hospitality. A comfortable, work-friendly stay, and I’d happily choose it again on a future trip to Bhopal.

The snacks were good, but the chicken curry ran out before even around 15 guests had started their meal. I had to point out that the non-veg curries were empty. They made a fresh batch, but it tasted below average, almost like boiled food. Staff should have noticed that several guests hadn’t reached the main course yet. Quite disappointing for Sayaji, especially after paying ₹13,000.

The rooms were decent and the staff polite, but breakfast had a big effect on our stay. Most dishes were barely seasoned and almost salt-free, while the idlies were dry and hard to eat. We were with elderly diabetic family members, who went without breakfast for two days in a row because the food was so poor. That was very uncomfortable for us. I wouldn’t recommend this property for a family trip, especially with older people or anyone with dietary needs.
