I only stayed the night and moved to a different hotel as soon as I could. The place felt unsafe for women, and staff lacked basic manners. They stayed in the room opposite reception, where they got dressed and undressed, and kept hovering around while I checked in. The staff seemed drunk and could barely handle check-in. Rooms are tiny, cleaning was poor, there were plates but no spoons, and I couldn't tell whether the mess under the commode was dirt or poop.

The staff made the stay a good experience. They were friendly and helpful, and kept making an effort to make things pleasant. The hotel was affordable too, with a level of service I appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Room service was practically nonexistent, and cleaning was very poor. The employees seemed to be trying hard to help, but management didn't seem to care about what customers needed, so in the end you get nothing. The rooms are average at best, with bathrooms broken in places and no effort made to fix them. The hotel is almost outside Indore, so if you're travelling alone you'll spend a lot on transport. Other than that, it's okay. Better to pick another hotel.

We arrived for a 2am check-in and waited an hour in the cold rain. Nobody answered after we rang the bell over and over and knocked on the door. We found a decent hotel just two blocks farther on. Terrible place and service, I wouldn't book here again.
