I had to stay one night for official work, with an agreement for a non-AC room at Rs800. At first it looked nice, but the bathroom was dirty. I asked them to clean it, and they only came to look at what was wrong. The room had a serious hygiene problem. There were spiders on the bed, perhaps because nobody had opened and cleaned it before check-in, with webs in corners and almiras. The floors in the room and bathroom were dirty, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the pillow and bedsheet had a bad smell. There was stinking seepage on the walls, which were dirty and marked with big mud stains. The bucket and mug were very dirty too, and the broken hand wash machine had been left on the sink. Not a good experience at all. Stay at your own risk.

He took 500 rs after I said I'd just use the washroom and check in at 12 PM. He said okay, but when I came back he asked for another 500. He may also be scamming the owner, since he didn't enter me in the register. Scammer.

The location is very good, and the reception staff are friendly. The hotel and washroom were very clean, and service was fast. The rooms are excellent too.

A very good place, close to Arvindo Hospital, the metro station, and Ujjain road.

The rooms and services are good, though parking is a major issue.
