Hotel Dakshin Grandeur

There’s no elevator, so you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. The room boy led us through a strange entrance with a dirty smell, even though the reception itself was well maintained and had a nice interior. They use that reception picture for marketing. The rooms and bathrooms smelled bad, the cupboards were broken, and there was no proper entrance to the rooms. One door in the room looked like it led to the next room, and I could hear noise from there. Never recommend.

It’s a new property with pleasant ambience and nice interior. The spacious rooms have attached balconies where you can sit with your partner. The location is so convenient that transportation, pubs, fine dining restaurants, and more for exploring nightlife feel right on the doorstep. Staff are friendly and provide excellent service. I’d suggest visiting for the hotel and the staff’s hospitality, and would come back if I’m in belapur.

The atmosphere was peaceful and made for a restful, relaxing stay. The rooms felt luxurious, with elegant decor, plush bedding, modern furnishings, and well considered amenities. The bathrooms were immaculate, and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were attentive and very polite from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome throughout. I’d recommend the hotel for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service, and look forward to returning.

The reception and overall ambience were great. The front desk and support staff helped me a lot from the beginning of my stay right through to the end. Best hotel ever.
