2/10
The place was clean and felt safe enough for a family, but that didn't make up for a frustrating stay. The building felt dated and poorly kept, and it didn't seem up to the 3-star rating. Staff were indifferent, communication was difficult, and morning room service was nearly impossible to reach. Nobody picked up the phone, and when I went downstairs, staff were asleep. We were promised food and room service from the first day, but the orders were repeatedly wrong. We asked for aloo kulcha and got paneer instead. Kadai paneer arrived more like mixed vegetables with paneer, and the salad came with dry red chilies instead of the green ones expected. The food tasted just okay and wasn't worth the prices. The hotel should reconsider its 3-star claim. Better staff training, service, and honest communication might help. As things stand, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location made it easy to explore the city, and I really enjoyed the food. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. I loved staying here and would recommend it.

It's a cozy, nice place to stay, and the service was good. One small hassle was that they make an issue of visitors stopping by for a while. Still, a good stay overall.

The rooms were comfortable, well equipped, and good value for the money. The hotel also has a great location, lovely surroundings, and friendly, helpful staff.

It's a newly opened place with medium-sized rooms, and it was nice for spending two nights. I didn't try any of the other services, but the stay was good.
