Once we finally got into the room, it was good enough for us to relax, and the tea we ordered was nicely prepared. Still, the wait and cleaning issues made this a sad change from the good Fab service we had in Pune and Indore in 2018-20. I’ve never complained before, but my wife was really disturbed. We waited about 40 minutes for a room, then stood outside room 302 for another 10 while it was still being cleaned. There were cigarette butts on the floor. The electric kettle smelled awful, like something rotten was inside, and a mug had dust, dirt, and what I think was cigarette waste in it. The pillow and blanket covers were dirty; my wife asked to have them replaced, and that took another 15 minutes. I told the boy at the counter how customers should be treated. Fab service just about passes.

The property didn’t look like its pictures, and there’s no contact number to call and confirm a booking. My parents arrived late and were refused entry because the hotel said it was sold out. I’d never book here.

The food and service were quite good, and the location in Indore is convenient for both the railway station and airport. The rooms need better cleaning and maintenance, though, and guests should be asked to keep noise down so they don’t disturb others.

It’s a small, new property in a residential area, a little away from vijay nagar chowk. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely done, and the service was good. Breakfast is very basic and brought to the room. We were served Poha, jalebi Samosa.

The rooms smell of smoke, like someone had smoked in them. It’s very cheap, but the location is super quiet and far from the city, which felt a bit unsafe for girls. The place seemed super shady. Please avoid it.
