I had to go all the way to the ground floor whenever I needed anything because the landline didn’t work. The TV and AC were also out of order. When I asked for water for the night, a staff member filled a used bottle from the cabinet and handed it to me. He said there were no unused bottles when I asked for a fresh one, then agreed to bring another to my room but never showed up. We stayed only because it was late and had no other options. The entrance wall had been painted red with gutka, and the whole stay was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even in an emergency.

The room was dirty, the wardrobe was broken, and staff didn’t seem to care when I had to complain about basic things like the dustbin, Wi-Fi, power, and flush. The photos are misleading, and there’s no in-house kitchen. Don’t be taken in by the Fab Hotel tag. If you want a peaceful stay, don’t go here. Not recommended at all.

I stayed for 14 days and didn’t get room service even once. The drinking water they provided was unfiltered, straight from the tap. There were several bathroom leaks, the geyser didn’t work properly, cigarettes in the corridors, a broken cupboard, and a TV and landline that didn’t work. The whole stay was unsatisfying, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and everything else was fine. The hotel itself doesn’t provide food, but there’s a menu card in the room. You can call in an order, and they’ll deliver it to your room.

The rooms were good for our short stay, and the location and service worked well. We had booked two rooms, though one had an AC problem and the other didn’t have a mirror, so I had to use the bathroom mirror to get dressed.
