The room floors were dirty, and neither the blanket nor the bed quality was very good. The washroom wasn't clean either. This hotel is overpriced and dirty, so don't choose it for a trip with family or friends. I'd pick somewhere else nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food, tea, and breakfast were all very tasty. Still, it didn't feel family-friendly as a place to stay, and overall I didn't have a good experience. I booked through FAb, and FAB is a scam. For guests staying a long time, they should provide RO drinking water. Instead, their local-brand bottle costs 30 rupees per liter, above the MRP.

There was plenty of secure parking, and I thought the location was the best in the city, with lovely views and grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and capable. Breakfast and kitchen facilities were nice, too.

I paid online when I booked, but they wouldn't give me a room when I arrived. They arranged a room at another hotel and charged me again. Very poor service and hospitality.

Really appreciated the good staff and service at an affordable price. Even when we offered a tip from the heart, none of the staff took one. That's really good, since in many hotels the staff keep asking for tips when it's time to leave.
