The location is away from the main areas, though there is a mall nearby if you want to visit one. The room itself was a good size, but the smell was awful and we had to put up with a smoky odor the whole time. Also, don’t be taken in by the photos, there’s no terrace lounge like the one shown. I’d suggest choosing another room or hotel, since staying here didn’t feel good.

There’s no restaurant, despite it being mentioned, and not even a Chai Tapri nearby. They also wouldn’t take payment through the Fab app, only at the reception QR code, and after check-in there was nobody at reception to help. The staff weren’t cooperative. The room size is okay, but the amenities don’t match what they charge, there’s no table, the ventilation is poor and it felt suffocating. The pillows were dirty and seemed broken. When we politely asked for another, a staff member said, "Jo hai wo hai, galti kar diye aap ye hotel book karke".

The hotel asked for extra payment, and the person there said the rooms were full when I booked through FabHotels or Goibibo. It’s not a good place for families, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. It felt like a place for one-night stands.

The bedding was filthy, with “paan” stains, dirty quilts and mattresses, and a “kambal” like the kind people living on footpaths use. The rooms were super dirty. Hotel owner Himanshu, who wasn’t there and spoke by phone, wouldn’t accept responsibility and said he’d turned away six other guests the same way. It seemed clear to us that this attitude was part of the hotel’s culture. FabHotels told me to pay the same amount and make do with the rooms, promising a refund that never came. I arrived at 1 AM after a long, tiring drive with my family of seven, and the staff said only two of the three rooms I booked were available, and neither was the executive room I’d reserved. They offered one executive and one deluxe room, or told us to leave and find somewhere else at that hour. The staff looked like local goons, uneducated foolish men, or construction site workers, and were rude, weird, and extremely unprofessional. We complained to both the owner and FabHotels. We were staying in Indore and had booked through FabHotels. They ruined our stay, and I think they’ll do the same to you. Shady folks. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT SUCKS.
