OYO changed my booking to ROYAL PALACE automatically and without telling me, even though I'd booked a room at another hotel. The location shared by the OYO app was wrong on Google Maps. I managed to reach the hotel anyway, only to find it in very poor condition and not even up to substandard quality. A horrible, worst-ever experience.

It felt like a home away from home, thanks to the staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made the stay truly memorable.

At Hotel Royal palace, the room and bedsheet were dirty, and so were the washroom and other areas. There were cockroaches and other insects in the room. I suggest not going to this hotel.

It's a nice place. The staff behaved really well, especially the mam, who was very good at communicating with us.
