We checked in late at night, and there was just one staff member around, no one else, and not even a security guard. When we complained about the black shoe marks all over the room, the receptionist said there was no housekeeping staff. The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets were so dirty that even a small hotel wouldn't have sheets like that, there was a foul smell, dust everywhere, and burn marks throughout the room. I'd never seen such a dirty hotel. It didn't seem fully operational, yet they were taking bookings. This was a terrible experience. Never stay here, a dharamshala would be better.

The room was spacious, but it wasn't clean, and even basic items were missing. Amenities were poor and service very disappointing. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, the facilities felt more like a 1-star place. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

At my daughter's 5th birthday party yesterday, Regenta Central's food was subpar and the presentation unimpressive. I was extremely disappointed with the food and service, and the management fell short in several ways despite our high expectations. The food quality and presentation need improvement, as does staff training for better service.

I've been here many times. The rooms are sweet, with comfortable furniture and privacy, and it's affordable with good stuff too.

The hotel couldn't even manage arrangements for a birthday party of just 50 people. Service was unacceptable throughout, with unprofessional, unhelpful staff who showed no concern for guest comfort. Basic hospitality was missing, and every interaction was frustrating. A deeply disappointing experience. I won't recommend it and will avoid it in future.
