The food was overpriced and unhygienic, and basic things like hot water, Wi-Fi, and proper housekeeping were either unavailable or badly managed. Our room was extremely dirty, with sheets and towels that looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. A nightmare of a stay, definitely not recommended.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, so getting around the city and to nearby attractions was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and consistently made an extra effort to keep us comfortable.

Housekeeping staff were relaxed and pleasant, and the rooms were cleaned really well. Nice service, and a great option for a family stay.

The bathrooms were in terrible condition, and the way people spoke to us was awful. Staff, the manager, and even the owner kept asking for payment two or three times a day, even after we'd already paid. The constant requests and bad behavior made this the worst hotel.

The service was very poor, and the room wasn't good either. After they first refused to give me a room for my Oyo's 24 booking, I went outside to start registering a complaint. Then they called me back and agreed to take the amount from us for the room. I was expecting to pay ₹15, but they charged us ₹900, and we were worried, so we took the room. Whenever we asked for water, they made us feel like a nuisance. Please remove hotels like this from the Oyo app.
