Oyo promptly found me a room at another hotel without charging extra, which helped after the trouble I had here. I booked this hotel on the Oyo app and paid the full amount there, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me check in and demanded more money. The staff were extremely rude and didn't care where I would go if they turned me away. I don't understand why the hotel is listed on the Oyo app if guests are treated this way. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

The restaurant serves tasty food, and the staff were helpful. Our room was large, and we stayed two nights with our family and child. It takes 20-30 minutes to get to the Statue of Unity. The cleanliness needs attention, though: the pillow covers, towel, and bedsheet were all dirty.
