Keys Lite By Lemon Tree Hotels, Vadodara

Kaibalya, Front Office Manager, and the reception team, Prakash and Kashish, deserve a mention. At Keys Cafe, chefs Girish Bhandari and Laxman Singh prepared high-quality food, served by Toiab and Kaushik. General Manager Vipul Dabhi clearly works hard to keep guests from having reasons to complain. I got full value for my money: the service was impeccable, check-in and checkout were seamless, and the well-furnished room had the amenities and toiletries needed. Breakfast and meals were very good. The property is on Waghodia Road, which takes you straight to the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar. It’s about a signal-free 1 hour 20 minute drive on a very smooth road. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Vadodara. Travelers to the princely city won’t be disappointed.

The rooms were really good, and the restaurant staff were kind and followed the food instructions. The food was excellent too. Thank you, Mr. Dabhi and Mr. Prajapati, for the kind hospitality. Keep up the good service. My only suggestion is that the restaurant washroom needs improvement.

The food was good, and the location works fine for such a busy area. But the rooms and setup didn’t feel like the Lemon Tree hotels I’ve stayed at in other cities. It seems to occupy just a few floors in a trade centre, without a separate hotel area, and the rooms are only okay. I’d consider it if the nightly rate is around 2500-3500/-. Otherwise, I’d book somewhere better.

Neha and Sakshi made our stay lovely. They were warm and courteous, always quick to help, and served us with a smile. The food was great too. They deserve a lot of credit for their hospitality and good spirit.
