They had no hot water and told me to bathe with cold water. The hotel staff made for a very bad experience. The room service worker was chewing tobacco, gutkha, and didn’t understand the local language.

I paid for breakfast when I booked a single room for three nights, but at the hotel they said it hadn’t been added. I later spoke with an agent, who checked and sent me a screenshot clearly showing breakfast was included. The agent said they couldn’t offer any compensation this time. It was a really disappointing experience, and I won’t book again. You need a better team to handle cases like this. Is this really how you deal with problems caused by technical glitches or whatever happened?

A peaceful place with clean rooms, a comfortable stay, and great food. It’s nice being in Indore City, with Pithampur Sector 3 only 32 Km away via Air port Road.

The room had cockroaches everywhere, in every drawer, in the washroom, and on the bed. The basin sink was leaking too. Paying 1400 for this room was a total waste. I’ll never recommend it.
