Getting around from Amarji Palace was inconvenient, with poor access to nearby attractions and public transport. My room had obvious dust and dirt, which made me question the hygiene. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and the bathroom geysers weren't working properly.
My late check-in left me with no real choice, because after seeing the room I wouldn't have stayed otherwise. The rooms were dirty, with damp patches on the walls and linen that smelled bad. The washroom was extremely dirty too. Front office staff were rude and unprofessional. I booked through OYO expecting the service they promise, but this was nowhere close.
