The service wasn't satisfactory either. The waiters didn't bring the food, we had to keep calling them for small things, and the water glasses were dirty. It was a Sunday dinner, but the place wasn't crowded. Maybe Suffa Nafees has lost its charm, and we were the last ones to realize it. We ordered Chicken Korma with tandoori roti and Chicken Biryani. At a restaurant with decent prices, you'd expect reasonable quality and quantity, but the half portion of chicken curry seemed more like a quarter. Even then, the pieces were tiny, from a very small chicken, like a chick or a young rooster. Worse, the chicken was stale and smelled bad. It seemed to have been cooked days earlier and kept in the fridge without gravy, then reheated with the gravy before serving. The half portion of biryani had a decent amount and quality of rice, but the menu said boneless biryani, so I expected it to be boneless. Instead, it came with bones and just two very small chicken pieces. Very disappointing, Suffa.

At Hotel Suffa International, even asking for mineral water felt like begging for a favor. Staff got irritated over simple requests and answered with attitude instead of being helpful or polite. There was no sense of hospitality, and their rude, unprofessional behavior spoiled the stay. If you care about peace, comfort and basic courtesy, don't book this place. There are plenty of better options in Indore. Not recommended at all.

I did spot a cockroach in the room, which was disappointing, but the rest of my one-night stay at Hotel Suffa International went well. The hotel is in a very good location, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, including the bright, clean bathroom. They provided the basic items too: dental and shaving kits, sanitary wrap, a kettle, and tea, sugar and coffee sachets.

Suffa hotel's location is brilliant, close to the places we wanted to go, including Sarafa and chhappan dukan. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Don't miss the amazing suffa bakery products either.
