The photos and the actual rooms are completely opposite. Not a single room was clean, the washrooms hadn't been cleaned at all, and there was no hygiene. The manager acted like he didn't care about guests and only cared about money. Don't book here unless you want to regret it.

The receptionist seemed happy just sitting and relaxing, with no concern for customers. The staff were very rude, and the hotel is big but nowhere near up to standard. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, the furniture was damaged, the walls were in poor shape and the paint had faded. Washroom cleanliness was zero, and there was no water supply. Prices were very high for a 4-5 hour stay. It was a very bad experience.

I booked online, and this review is only about the rooms I experienced. I can't speak for rooms given to direct bookings. The first room was awful, with very poor lighting, a bad smell, and lots of cockroach nymphs. I asked to change rooms, pointing to the cockroaches and the TV that didn't work. The second room was much the same, except its TV worked and there were no cockroaches. Below average overall, though you might manage if you're alone. Not suitable for a couple or family.

The sheets were stained, unwashed and unhygienic, the room was dirty and smelled foul, and the water they gave me came in a bottle from the trash. Staff seemed greedy and wouldn't honor the online price we'd already agreed on. They charged more than the stated amount for early check-in and refused to give me a room until I accepted their price. They said they didn't care what I'd seen online or agreed to pay on the websute. I wouldn't suggest going there under any circumstances.
