We were three family members, and there was no proper maintenance or hot water. The owner at reception was rude in the way he spoke. We'd booked a deluxe AC room through makemytrip but were given a non-AC room, and they charged rs 500 for an extra mattress. It was just an average room. Don't be taken in by the photos. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The room itself was good, but the promised laundry and breakfast weren't available. We reported that the TV wasn't working, but nothing was done.

Venu Gopal brother deserves a special thanks for the warm hospitality. The staff were friendly, humble, and ready to help. I stayed at Hotel Olive Leave's in Bangalore with my partner, and it was a comfortable, hassle-free visit. There was no problem for us as an unmarried couple, and no curfew or time limit for going out at night. Even at 1:10AM, staff were there to serve cold drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a peaceful feel, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I'd happily recommend it to couples and other travelers looking for an easy, comfortable stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

The rooms are decent, but service was really lacking. They advertised breakfast and laundry, yet neither was available. I’d only stay here if there were no other options.

Hotel Olive Leaves was easy to reach, with good access to city attractions and business areas. The price also felt reasonable for the comfort and service. Our room was spacious, clean, and carefully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and had the essentials. The modern amenities made it easy to relax. The staff were warm and quick to help with requests. It was a very pleasant stay from beginning to end.
