The place may not look special from outside, but the food is fantastic. Their Chicken Steak Sisslers are the best in Indore, or anywhere, and the veg ones are great too. The shami Tikka is to die for. The restaurant serves exceptional food. 🙌

I've stayed at this hotel for 16 years and never had a complaint about Mr Kapil, who's always been cooperative and humble. This time, a new woman on the front desk spoke to me very aggressively. At 10.30 I got a call asking me to vacate my room. I'd already spoken with Mr Kapil and said I'd check out at 12, but the woman told me she wouldn't call anyone and that it was my duty to get Mr. Kapil to call me back. I'm surprised by this behavior from the hotel staff. I hope the owner looks into it urgently, or the hotel could lose long-time clients like me.

Service was really poor. We waited half an hour in the restaurant without anyone attending to us, and the staff were unprofessional. There are better restaurants nearby.
