We booked the room for 30 minutes hours, but they charged ₹300 for 12 hours. The room was in very poor condition, and the toilets were even worse than public restrooms. A terrible experience.

The room was in terrible condition, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The staff were irresponsible, and the service was so bad that the hotel provided no service at all. My worst experience. Please don't book here.

They charged extra for services they'd already told us about. The room wasn't cleaned properly, with dust on the surfaces, a filthy bathroom, and missing amenities. From beginning to end the service was unacceptable, and the unprofessional staff didn't seem to care about guest comfort. I'm extremely disappointed.

This was the worst place we've visited in the last couple of days. Don't choose this hotel for yourself and your family. It could be a very bad decision for your trip.

The hotel rooms were in very bad condition, and the staff behaved rudely. Record the call before confirming your stay. It can help you argue with the hotel staff later if they change what they said after the booking is confirmed.
