The staff were sweet and respectful, and the hygiene was top-notch, everything felt fresh and well looked after. I loved the ambience, it felt homey straight away. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and comfortable, making for a peaceful stay. Prices are reasonable and they give the best price. Had an absolute blast, highly recommend, and I'd definitely come back!

Bed linen was clean, which can be a problem in other hotels in India. The room had AC and hot water in the bathroom, and breakfast could be ordered to the room from a broad menu, though it was all Indian cuisine. For an omelette or pancakes, you'd need to find them in the city. The hotel is well located near the railway station, an easy walk away, and there's a good mall with shops and restaurants within a 20-25 minute walk. Guard sahab Jitendra singh was very nice and helpful, and arranged a trip to Mandu and Maheshwar for us at a reasonable price.

We booked three days, but they couldn't even provide hot water for a shower. My parents are senior citizens and need warm water, yet whenever we complained they just said to wait, ma'am, it would come. Nobody took personal responsibility. The service was pathetic. On check-in day, the AC was leaking and the whole bed was wet. We asked to change rooms, but it took two hours. We ordered from their menu, but half the items weren't available. They said the available food would take 15-20 minutes, then it arrived an hour and a half later. We ended up having lunch at 3:30pm.

Most of the staff were hospitable and polite. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel turned out to be a great find. I had an amazing experience and would book again next time I'm in Indore.
