We were there for two days for a marriage function, and were made to check out at 8 am even though checkout time was 11. The reception person was arrogant, wouldn’t listen to our complaints, and bluntly refused to provide services. There was no drinking water and nobody to help with luggage. The rooms and bedding were dirty, bathrooms unclean, taps didn’t work properly, and most of the AC units weren’t cooling. I think most of the good reviews are fake. Avoid booking this marriage garden for a function.

Getting here is a bit difficult since you have to go through a residential area, and there could be security concerns at night. The garden itself is nice and has plenty of parking. It has rooms, a public washroom, and a waterproof dome.

The receptionist had no manners when speaking to people. I won’t go back to this hotel.

We booked a room, then walked out. There was no staff around, the room wasn’t clean, and nobody responded when we asked them to clean it or change the sheets. Pathetic service, absolutely disgusting.

Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life. The food was so bad, and there were insects in the kitchen. I wouldn’t suggest going in there even once. The lift felt haunted, going to the first and fourth floors every time. Don’t dare visit for even a second.
