There’s no restaurant or food service, and the room had no toiletries or packaged water. I found lots of mosquitoes and two lizards inside. The room itself was average, and the location was just okay, about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stand.

There’s a TV and hot water, but I wouldn’t expect much else. My room was much smaller than rooms at other hotels, and the facilities could be better for the price.

The manager’s behavior was poor. He lies and keeps irritating customers after they’ve booked.

Getting around was easy, with nearby places and access to public transport. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was quiet. Staff were very helpful and supportive. A decent place to stay.

I paid ₹1100 through Goibibo, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel refused to give me a room. They also said they wouldn’t refund my prepaid booking. We argued for 30 minutes, and they still wouldn’t return the money. Keep it and be happy with it.
