Hotel Princess Palace

Getting around from here was convenient, and the hotel itself was comfortable and well kept. Staff were cooperative and the service was good. I also liked the food, both the taste and quality were decent. A good stay with the basic comforts covered. I’d give it 4 stars.

The vegetarian food was a highlight, especially breakfast, and the rooms were clean and maintained well, if a little compact. Hotel Princes' Palace is in central South Tukoganj, close to the railway station and food spots like 56 Dukan. The staff were professional and very courteous, and check-in went smoothly. Good value for business travel.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were polite, helpful, and never intrusive. I had a peaceful, comfortable stay, with no disturbance. I visited in the first week of January 2026. The road outside is wide, and the location makes it easy to get around. 56 Dukan is close, as is the railway station. Early check-in can be arranged for a small extra charge, and the staff are easy-going about rules. From the hotel, the railway station, Sarafa Market, palaces, and major sights are to the left. On the right are Dutta Guru Kripa Restaurant, sweet shops, 56 Dukan, and Khajrana Ganesh Ji. I’d recommend it as a place to stay in Indore.

The smell in the room was strong and unpleasant, making me uncomfortable from the start. I asked right away to change rooms, but staff refused and offered no satisfactory alternative. The odor remained, and they took no effective steps after I complained. That disregard for my comfort was very disappointing. A room's smell makes a big difference to a stay, and I hope management handles guest complaints better.
