The food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the washrooms were exceptionally clean. Both the night receptionist and daytime staff were friendly and professional. I was very comfortable here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended! 👍

Some of my guests stayed at sonash and were delighted with the rooms, comfort, and room service. For my brother’s pre marriage functions, the ambience, food, service, and hospitality were all amazing. The staff were friendly and kept us properly informed about everything. It was my first time trusting Sonash, and it was worth it. I had a very good experience and would recommend it.

We came to Indore in the second week of February for social engagements around the city, and the hotel’s location just off AB Road was convenient. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the breakfast spread was moderate. Our room was spacious and well appointed, though getting to some rooms in the two-floor property, which has around 26+ rooms, means a long walk along the corridor. There’s no exclusive parking, and the hotel sits by a service lane, so luggage has to be unloaded on the street, sometimes amid moving traffic. On two winter mornings there was no hot water, and we had two noisy nights while a wedding party was staying there. I was also concerned that I couldn’t see fire safety signage. I asked at the front desk about the safety provisions. The executive said his name was Mr. Suraj, if I remember correctly, and that he’d check with management and get back to me, but I heard nothing more. I’d usually expect an evacuation plan behind the door and visible sprinklers or detectors. I sincerely hope my concern was unfounded. It may suit business travelers or people attending social functions, as long as they set their expectations accordingly.

Everyone was helpful and ready with solutions whenever I had a problem. Ms. Priyanka Choudhary at the front desk, Mr. Kartik in room service, and all the housekeeping staff gave me amazing service. Thank you, Hotel Sonash, for taking care of me. I’ll always remember your service.
