Manager Chetan Gaur was helpful and had a warm personality. Some people in our group even stayed here again during the same trip. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic, with branded bathroom fittings, and the lift was in good condition. It really felt grand. Drinking water cost double, though, and it wasn’t clear why.

The food was so yum, and the room was hygienic. The owner and service team were very supportive, with such good service and cooperation. Thanks to the 10-11 Grand team.

The room had a comfortable workspace and fast Wi-Fi, and the staff were professional and always ready to help. They were also incredibly friendly, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect for exploring the city, the rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail and delicious breakfast every morning. I loved my stay and will definitely be back.
